Boundary Line Adjustment form
An application for a Boundary Line Adjustment may be filed by a legal owner of the land affected by the adjustment or by their designated representative. Applications are filed with the Planning Services Department, 509-625-6300.
A segregation or aggregation is needed if you are requesting a boundary line adjustment for a property with LID assessments. The fee for segregation/aggregation is $152 per each new parcel created. If there is more than one LID assessment on the property, an additional fee of $152 is charged per assessment. |
