LID Search
The City of Spokane offers a service for registered users to search LID assessments online. If you are already a registered user, please proceed to our Account Login page.
To become a registered user:
If you would like to become a registered user, please contact the Treasurer's Office at (509) 625-6033 for more details. We provide two fee options to our on-line users:
- Monthly fee of $250.00 for unlimited access
- Per search fee of $10.00
To sign-up as a registered user:
- First register for a City of Spokane login ID. Upon registration completion, a login ID and password will be emailed to the user. There can be multiple users per company.
- Fill out and sign the LID Electronic Records Access Form. Use the same form to delete users if access is no longer desired for the user.
- Mail the LID Electronic Records Access Form to:
