Spokane Neighborhood Action Program (SNAP) Providing opportunities, resources and services to low income and highly vulnerable persons in a manner which increases dignity and encourages self-sufficiency. Spokane Neighborhood Action Programs (SNAP) exits to improve the lives of the working poor, low-income elderly, families living in poverty and the homeless among us. SNAP is the local and regional advocate for the most vulnerable of our community neighbors. As a 501 c (3) nonprofit organization, SNAP creates opportunities in an atmosphere of dignity and respect, to help individuals and families succeed as they strive to build stronger and more independent futures.
