City Charter Review Committee Mission/Purpose: The City Charter Review Committee shall facilitate a community review and update of the Spokane City charter to harmonize sections of the charter for the purposes of achieving greater clarity and direction in the functions of city government. Committee composition: Three representatives from Spokane City Council, three representatives from the Mayor's office and five At-large members. Meeting times: The City Charter Review Committee will meet the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month from 1:30-2:30 at City Hall.
