As Executive Assistant to the Mayor, Reagan works with the Mayor on scheduling, board & commission appointments, and research projects. Reagan also manages the clerical functions within the Office of the Mayor, handles the Mayor's correspondence, and prepares Mayoral proclamations and other recognitions.

Background: Reagan joined the Mayor's Office following a three-year stint as the Executive Assistant to the Federal Security Director for the Transportation Security Administration in Spokane. Earlier, she was the Executive Assistant to the Spokane City Council. Reagan is a Spokane native with a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Idaho.
