- Spokane Civic Theatre - Incorporated in 1947, the Spokane Civic Theatre is one of the oldest community theatres in the country. The present facility, which opened in 1967 and contains the Main Stage and the Firth Chew Studio Theatre, draws approximately 50,000 persons annually from eastern Washington, northern Idaho, Montana and Canada.
