With the help of the Olmsted Brothers (E. D. Olmstead left), The Park Board prepared a comprehensive park plan to provide a magnificent abundance of parks we still use today. Such parks as Corbin Park, Coeur d’Alene Park, Manito Park, and of course, Riverfront park. Shortly after, a $1,000,000 bond issue for parks was approved by the voters. |
