Most of the streets in the downtown area were paved. Most of the homes where heated twenty-four hours a day. Trolleys, automobiles, bikes, and horse carts, all shared the roads. The Railroad Business was booming at this time as well. The total value of construction for the preceding decade was $22,892,581. |
