Spokane Building Blocks is a monthly citizen education series on a broad range of city planning-related topics.  This month’s program examines the recently updated Downtown Plan and explores draft new zoning standards and design guidelines that are designed to guide new public and private development within the Downtown consistent with the updated plan.
