Traffic Obstructions AND LANE CLOSURES

·              City of Spokane garbage pickup and curbside recycling will be one day late following the holidays. Friday pickup will occur on Saturday, Dec. 26, and Jan. 2.

·              Parking meters don’t have to be plugged on Friday, Dec. 25, and Friday, Jan. 1, because of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. All City offices will be closed.

·              City Street Department crews will be repairing potholes as weather permits. Call 625-7733 to report a pothole; please include the location and approximate size of the hole.

·              Shoppers leaving the River Park Square parking garage during the holiday season may experience longer than normal wait times due to traffic back-ups. Additionally, motorists near City Hall and the garage exit may also experience longer wait times. Flaggers will direct traffic. The holiday flagger schedule is as follows:

o       Saturday, Dec. 26: 4 to 9 p.m.

·              Shoppers and motorists near NorthTown Mall during the holiday season may experience delays due to traffic back-ups. Flaggers will direct traffic. The holiday flagger schedule is as follows:

o       Thursday, Dec. 24: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

o       Saturday, Dec. 26: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
