An open house is set for the project to rehabilitate Rockwood Blvd. from Cowley St. to Southeast Blvd. under the 10-Year Street Bond on Tuesday, Jan. 22, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Hutton Elementary School, 908 E. 24th Ave.
