Chapter 07.08 Funds

Article II. Special Revenue Funds

1. There is created a special revenue fund known as the “emergency medical services fund” into which shall be deposited all tax levy funds received from the levying of property taxes for the purpose of providing emergency medical services pursuant to RCW 84.52.069 and Ordinance C28511.
    

2. Said fund may be accumulated or expended only for the following purposes included in Ordinance C28511:

   1. Provision of emergency medical care or emergency medical services, including related personnel costs.

   2. Training for such personnel; and

   3. Related equipment, supplies, vehicles and structures needed for the provision of emergency medical care or emergency medial services.
