Article II. Special Revenue Funds

Section 07.08.115 Capital Improvement Program Fund

  1. There is established a special revenue fund to be known as the “capital improvement program fund” to be used as a fund for the receipt of all moneys designated by the city council for payment of any capital improvements included as part of the adopted capital improvement program each year.
     
  2. Moneys deposited into this fund may be accumulated or expended and shall be appropriated into the regular City budget.
