Article II. Special Revenue Funds

Section 07.08.116 Hotel/Motel Lodging Tax Fund
  1. Under the authority of RCW 67.28.180 and 67.28.181, there is established a special revenue fund to be known as the “hotel/motel tax fund” into which shall be placed all moneys received from the transient accommodations tax levied by SMC 8.08.010.
     
  2. Moneys deposited into this fund may be accumulated or expended and shall be appropriated in the regular City budget.
