Article II. Special Revenue Funds

Section 07.08.127 Real Estate Rental Fund

  1. There is established a special revenue fund to be known as the “real estate rental fund” to be used as a fund for the receipt of rental income from various residential properties rented to private citizens and for the payment of maintenance and operation expenses of the rental units.
     
  2. Revenues deposited in the real estate rental fund which are in excess of current needs may be accumulated or held in reserve in such fund for future infrastructure development.
