Chapter 07.08 Funds

Article II. Special Revenue Funds

Section 07.08.136 Human Services Grants Fund

  1. There is established a special revenue fund to be known as the “human services grants fund” into which shall be deposited human services grants not accounted for in some other fund.
     
  2. Moneys in the fund will be expended in accordance with the terms of each individual grant agreement.
