Article II. Special Revenue Funds

Section 07.08.141 Rental Rehabilitation Fund

  1. There is created in the City treasury a special revenue fund known as the "rental rehabilitation fund," into which shall be deposited all money received by the City from the United States department of housing and urban development under the rental rehabilitation grant program.
     
  2. Money in the fund will be disbursed under approved loan agreements and related housing programs in accordance with federal program regulations.
