Article IV. Capital Projects Funds

Section 07.08.301 Fire Protection Improvement Fund

  1. There is established a capital projects fund to be known as the “fire protection improvement fund” into which shall be deposited all of the proceeds of the sale of the “City of Spokane unlimited tax general obligation bonds of 1990” and any other resources designated for the project.
     
  2. The fund shall be used exclusively for the purpose of improvement to the fire protection facilities and equipment of the City.
