Article VII. Fiduciary Funds

Section 07.08.802 Fiscal Agency Fund

  1. There is created a fund to be known as the “fiscal agency fund” into which shall be transferred those moneys budgeted and appropriated for the payment of bonds and coupons payable at either of the fiscal agencies of the State of Washington in Seattle, Washington, or New York, New York.
     
  2. All payments of such bonds and coupons shall be charged against the fiscal agency fund.
