Chapter 10.11 Offenses Against the Person

Section 10.11.020 Reckless Endangerment

  1. A person is guilty of City reckless endangerment when he recklessly engages in conduct not amounting to felony reckless endangerment under RCW 9A.36.045 but which creates a substantial risk of death or serious physical injury to another person.
     
  2. City reckless endangerment is a gross misdemeanor.
