Chapter 11.12 Fences

Section 11.12.020 Barbed Wire

No person may erect or maintain any fence or other barrier consisting of or containing barbed wire except that in a:

  1. community business,
  2. central business,
  3. commercial, or
  4. any industrial zone, as shown on the official zoning map, a person may place up to three strands of barbed wire atop a lawful fence exceeding six feet in height above grade.
