Board of Boiler Examiners & Appeals Authorized by and Date: City Code #C-25852 on December 12, 1980 Mission Statement or Purpose: The Board of Boiler Examiners & Appeals examines and determines the qualification and fitness of applicants for, and accordingly issues or denies, the various classes of boiler operator’s licenses, as provided in SMC 11.03.190, SMC 4.06.110 through 4.06.140. The Board hears appeals from licensing decisions of the boiler inspector and makes rules and regulations. Meeting date, time and location: The Board meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m., or as needed, in the Council Briefing Center, City Hall, 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd.
