Chapter 17C.130 Industrial Zones

1. Purpose.
   To ensure that building entrances are easily identifiable and clearly visible from roads and sidewalks.
    

2. Prominent Entrance Implementation.
   When this building design element is chosen:

   1. Principal entry to the building shall be marked by at least one element from Group A and one element from Group B: (R)

      1. Group A.

         1. Large entry doors.

         2. Recessed entrance.

         3. Protruding entrance.

      2. Group B.

         1. Canopy.

         2. Portico.

         3. Overhang.

   2. Weather protection over the entry. (P)
